Moving forward to 2014. I have decided to bring Heidi's Hell back, but in a different format. If you read my previous blog post, you will see how much I enjoy HIIT training. The wonderful thing about it, is that you can do any type of exercise and really drive that heart rate up in a short amount of time. I do not recommend to only do HIIT workouts for your exercise for the day, and to mix it up, but it is a great way to get started. Still, I am dripping with sweat after every HIIT workout I do, no matter the shape I am in.
So now I am offering you a challenge to complete Heidi's HIIT Hell. During the month of MOVEmber, yes, the idea is to get you to move all month long, and not get stuck in that rut of all holiday parties and no exercise. With HIIT, you can do both, as the workouts I offer are going to be only 15 minutes per day!!
So please, stay tuned for November 1st where I will be posting my first workout on this website and the Facebook page. You can do the workouts inside, outside, with a group of friends, or wherever you want! All you will need is a mat and access to stairs or a step.
